Here at johnkassnews.com, our very small tech support team is working very hard to answer all of your emails. It may take us a few days to reply to your request.
Thank you for your patience.
As outlined in our Terms of Service, all subscriptions are set to renew automatically unless you manually opt out.
To opt out of automatic subscriptions, follow these steps:
- Login to johnkassnews.com
- On the top of the website's menu, click ACCOUNT
- Click SUBSCRIPTIONS on the right-hand side of the screen, click on PAUSE.
This will pause all future payments, and you can follow these same steps to opt back into automatic renewals.
To update your payment information, you can follow these steps (please note: we recommend completing these steps on a computer, NOT your mobile device or tablet):
- Login to johnkassnews.com
- On the top of the website, click ACCOUNT (do not click on the "you are logged in" dropdown - you must click on the word ACCOUNT)
- Click SUBSCRIPTIONS
- On the right-hand side of the screen, click on UPDATE
- Enter your credit card information and click SUBMIT
In order to leave a comment, you must have a registered account on johnkassnews.com. Your name will be displayed when you leave a comment.
While we have recently moved on from the old Facebook-only comments section, the new comments area is still a work-in-progress. Outages or other issues may occur, and we appreciate your patience!
First, check your spam or junk folders.
Some email providers will automatically sort your emails into other folders that may be labeled "Promotions" or "Social," among others. Our emails may appear in there as well.
Using a work email? Your company may implement spam filters that you can't see. This is something you can bring up with your company's tech support, but we also recommend using a personal email address.
Our systems give us detailed records of our emails. If all of the above options are exhausted, please let us know and we'll get your email address back onto the email list!
Confirmation emails may take a few minutes to arrive.
If you can't find your confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder!
If the confirmation email does not in your spam folder or inbox after a few minutes, please contact us at john@johnkassnews.com
When giving a subscription as a gift, fill out your own information on the main screen. This will help us know who is paying for the subscription.
Make sure to check the "Is this a Gift?" checkbox before proceeding to the next section. This is the most important part!
After you enter and submit your payment information, you will be brought to a new screen. On this new screen, you will find a box that looks like this.
Click on the "Send Gift Email" link and fill out the form to complete sending your gift subscription.
There are three subscription options:
As a free subscriber, you'll have access to:
- All podcasts
- Three (3) columns each month
As a monthly subscriber, you'll have access to:
- All podcasts
- All columns
As an annual subscriber, you'll have access to:
- All podcasts
- All columns
- Two (2) months free (the $50 price is adjusted for the year)
