What Does Katie Get?

One year ago, young and beautiful Katie Abraham was in a car with her college friends, waiting at a red light in Urbana, Illinois.
Julio Cucul Bol, a 29-year-old citizen of Guatemala—and in the United States illegally having adopted fake Mexican identity—was driving drunk behind her.
He was coming up on Katie’s car at speeds approaching 80 miles an hour. Then the crash. Abraham, 20 was killed. Also killed was 21-year-old Chloe Polzin of Deerfield.
But by the luck of the demons, Bol lived and ran away, to eventually be arrested days later about an hour south of Dallas. He was trying out an assumed identity as a Mexican.
And what have we seen since?
Chaos as the left, once again, uses force to impose its will on Americans. They lost in the elections as President Donald Trump was overwhelmingly elected president. But rather try to win elections to Congress and lawfully change immigration law, the Democrats have used chaos and violence and media mouthpieces, even attacking Christian churches to loudly enter the sanctuary as people prayed, to denounce worshippers in Minnesota and frighten the children.
And grieving parents are abused by local media and powerful Democrat politicians like Illinois’ Gov. J.B. Pritzker, because by the mere presence it reminds us of parents mourning the loss of their children–the result of wrong-headed and deadly immigration policy. Their presence remind the politicians and their media mouthpieces of what they don’t want to acknowledge:
That they are responsible for Katie’s death. That Illinois Sanctuary state policy attracted Julio Cucul Bol and other illegals like him to Illinois. And sanctuary policy continues to attract them to Illinois, putting others at risk of their lives. All of this is an irritant to left wing newspapers like the Tribune that now defend the politicians like J.B. Pritzker who push such policy and inflame the public square with incendiary rhetoric.
“No, I think this is a game, especially for Governor Pritzker. He’s in it for the game. He doesn’t care about Illinois or Illinois citizens,” said Joe Abraham on the Chicago Way podcast. I leave the podcast link live here so you can hear Joe Abraham’s voice for yourself.
He went on to talk about Pritzker’s indifference to the family.
“For example, here’s a year he hasn’t acknowledged Katie at all as far as I’m concerned to me. And then the minute something happens like the Rene Good (shooting) up in Minnesota, two seconds in, he’s in front of a microphone talking about it. So, number one, you can’t even run this state properly.”
Minnesota, run by leftist weaklings, is a disaster. The hard, hard left is on the attack, including in churches. But finally some good news came with announcements that the Department of Justice had subpoenaed the political ringleaders in a federal investigation: Gov. Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey are targets in the investigation alleging they conspired to impede federal immigration officers.
And for days, Frey, Walz and Ellison have called on leftist mobs to stop immigration officers. And while the Department of Justice should figure out how U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar was broke only a few years ago, but is now worth at least $30 million.
If the Department of Justice didn’t act, I expected right wing activists to join the chaos with guns the next time the left attacks a Christian church. And the left would have gotten what they’ve desired for so long.

“The only people that think this state is running well are the people running it, right? I don’t think anyone can objectively say this state’s a well-run state.
“So, you can’t even take care of your own house, but you’re going to go interject yourself in another state?
“You can’t even run this state… Maybe don’t say anything about the state. Maybe Minnesota shouldn’t be your purview.
“Why don’t you work on your state? You’re a guy that nullified federal law, and then open the doors, kick the side door open in the middle of the night, let in hundreds of thousands of, you don’t even know who.”
Here’s what we do know: That leftist activist mom Renee Good interfered with federal law enforcement officers making an arrest in Minneapolis. She all but ran over a federal agent and got herself shot dead.
And Gov. Tim Walz used the homicide to cover his role in allowing billions of dollars’ worth of fraud in Minnesota.
That’s politics. It’s filthy.
It’s one reason I so loathe politics. There is not enough de-greaser, hot water and soap to clean up after a life in politics.
But there is benefit.
Waltz and his sniveling Richie Rich, the mayor of Mogadishu Minnesota (Minneapolis) whom we call Mayor Jacob Frey both get something.
They got media facetime, which to such politicians is like blood to a vampire. They get to cover their groveling to Somali fraudsters who took $19 billion of our American tax dollars while spending it on luxury products. In this, they’re like the Communists of Black Lives Matter. They took all that corporate George Floyd hush money, and spent it on themselves, not on poor kids from Minneapolis enrolled in “Food for the Future” programs.
They spent it on Somali Mercedes and jewels.
And if you’re following this story, you know that the hard left has stormed churches, screaming curses at the Christian congregation to register their Democrat Party’s hatred of immigration law.
Pritzker gets to shield himself and his policies. He denounces President Trump as he appeals to leftist Democrats who he spins up to the edge of chaos.
And the Tribune avoid the real issue, but not before nuzzling up to the Abraham family to obtain photos. Joe explained to me that the newspaper appeared, vaguely interested (they said) in a story from Joe’s point of view, then receded after they got the photos. I’ve been there. It’s a necessary and distasteful part of the job of being a reporter or vulture:
You ingratiate yourself to the broken, mourning family, promise them almost everything, BUT GET THE PHOTO. GET THE PHOTO! And then you can try and convince yourself that journalism is the noble pursuit of truth.
The left? What does the left get? The Democrat left gets to use violence and the threat of violence, rather than the law to bend policy and get what they want. They get to defend alleged rapists, murderers and child sex maniacs from arrest. Aren’t they proud? Don’t ask them. They don’t care. They’re in one news silo. And they know you’re in another. And they know you won’t ever enter that silo. Their fantasy is that they’re safe.
This is like the summer of love in 2020, though we’re not making a hero of the violent thug and druggie George Floyd. Although the left-wing PBS is still trying to elevate the deceased Renee Good into the next George Floyd.
And what does Katie Abraham get?
The grave.
And her father?
“I’m in that grave with her,” Joe Abraham told me on Tuesday. “We played by the rules, but Pritzker would not protect her here. So now I’m there in that grave too, and I’ll be there forever as long as I live.”
He said:
“It would be unjust and unreasonable to separate my family’s loss from the policies that failed us. We did everything right. We worked hard, obeyed the law, paid our taxes, and trusted that government would protect us in return. That trust was broken. Our leaders — from the governor’s office on down — have treated immigration as a numbers game, not as a matter of public safety or national security. Governor Pritzker is filling Illinois’ census rolls with unvetted illegal aliens simply to preserve congressional seats and get more federal funding. Katie paid for his scheme with her life. “
And now Pritzker smiles and preens for votes.

Why is it that none of the Muslim nations will take other Muslim refugees into their care back when the refugees were imported to Minnesota? I scratched my head and wondered why Minnesota. The climate is totally opposite what they’re used to, no meaningful way for them to earn a living agriculture has been become so industrialized that there’s not even farm jobs that are readily available now we know, and we know the culture of the Somali is fraud taking as much as they can from the government. In the absence of passing a law right now how about giving states that do cooperate with immigration extra money for their police departments. Trump can do this by executive order. Mr. Diaz, Trump and the Republicans care about as much about Joe A and his deceased daughter as Pritzker does. They’ve indicted no one, while claiming the election was rigged. In fact, no one from the auto pen administration has been indicted, or the Barack Hussein Obama administration for that matter even though they were corrupt to high heaven.
There has been nothing on sanctuary cities because it’s a political benefit. There’s nothing on immigration because donors to both parties want the cheap labor, and they profits off of the drugs, trafficking, shit, they help bring it in.

And they are going to shut the government down again to avoid the Epstein order. I guess these subpoenas expire when the Congress term does, so they may likely. To me the main takeaway from all of this is the extreme one-sided news coverage. Night after night of video snippets showing ICE apprehending suspects. They’re more than just a little effective. As a result, the Dems are getting a huge political boost – not just from the AWFLs. It may be crazy, stupid, insane, etc, but unfortunately, it’s true.

Mr. Trump’s approval rating has tanked. The polls clearly show that mass deportations are viewed by the majority of Americans as excessive. His tariffs are unpopular and very likely unconstitutional. The overwhelming majority of Democrats and Independents and a clear majority of Republican voters intensely dislike his Greenland demands and threats and view such threats as borderline psycho. The inconvenient and undeniable fact is Democrats routed the Republicans in November’s elections in Virginia and New Jersey. And a Republican squeaked by in deep red Tennessee. Here is another inconvenient fact: the GOP House majority is at deep risk, and the Senate is now competitive. And Mr. Trump’s brilliant strategy to gerrymander a bigger House majority has obviously backfired as the opposition has done the same. You have to be delusional to think that November is going to yield a clean sweep. No wait. I’m wrong. It may result in a clean sweep for the commies and socialists! We are in deep trouble.
George Floyd was honored by the creation of a bronze statue sitting on a bench. When I saw it unveiled…I was brought to my knees crying. I propose a fund be started to commission full size bronze statue of Gov. Jay Pritzker to be displayed under the State of Illinois’ Capitol Rotunda, standing proudly, with belly exposed in all its glory. He is a man of the people…just not our people.

John, an article that left me feeling so sad for Mr. Abraham. I have a daughter and two granddaughters and all I can say is that I would be camping outside of prison waiting for this scumbag to be released to provide TRUE justice.
I don’t know where we are going as a society and I am so glad I am in my sixties so I don’t have to see the demise of my state and my nation. I served 41 years and I just don’t get it!
