The Silky: The Two Deep State Coups of Barack Obama

It was the best of presidential coups, it was the worst of presidential coups…Americans are witnessing Deep State coups against  two very different presidents.

And now with the world watching this week’s NATO summit in Washington, with the legacy corporate media that just weeks ago was vigorously defending the aged and confused President Joe Biden now scrambling off the president’s ship, stabbing him as they go in the hopes of saving themselves, it would be instructive to see the thing for what it is.

Years ago Joe was just an angry meat puppet, letting Putin invade Ukraine.  Now Democrats under former President Barak Obama turn on Biden. The corporate media turn on Biden. They all turn on him, like the rats on that ship.

Biden continued to explode at the NATO summit billed by media as his last chance to save himself.

“Ladies and gentlemen,” Biden said of the man standing next to him. “President Putin.”

Oops. It wasn’t Russia’s strong man Vladimir Putin. It was Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy standing next to him. Biden tried to correct himself, but the damage was done.

The American people have witnessed their country being torn apart, the government quivering, the institutions in chaos. They’ve seen themselves pitted neighbor against neighbor and all of it relentlessly hyped by the keening screams of dying legacy corporate media that studiously ignored Biden’s increasing senility and now has no credibility left.

The question for the American people is this: What did they know and when did they know it? Democrats owe the American people some real answers.

And who is at the center of all this chaos?

One man:

Obama, The Silky himself, the Mozart of the American Deep State, the guy who cut his political teeth backstabbing rivals in the political sewers of Chicago.

He orchestrated both of these coups. And now he’s pushing Biden off the board in plain view.

It started with the  coup hatched in the Oval Office against Republican President-elect Donald J. Trump. It was it was “by the book.” Have you forgotten?

On Jan. 5, 2017,with Obama World in panic after Trump shocked the political establishment by defeating Hillary Clinton for the presidency, Obama convened a White House meeting of his Deep State  commanders.  They had to stop Trump. John Brennan of Obama’s CIA was at that meeting, and then Vice President Biden. James Comey, then of the FBI, was there, as were national security adviser Susan Rice (who lied for the Obama White House about the Benghazi disaster) and other intelligence bosses.

What followed?

Chaos.

The Russia Collusion hoax, the Trump impeachments, the legacy media and the Democrat Party blackout of the Hunter Biden Laptop from Hell story that was blotted from the internet by the Obama Deep State in concert with Twitter and Facebook. And those shameless 51 American intelligence experts who insisted, falsely that the Hunter Biden laptop  bore “all the hallmarks” of a Russian disinformation operation.

Trump withstood constant attack that would wither most men. It was an attack of institutional insurrectionists. But according to Susan Rice–in a cover her behind email written from the White House even as Trump was being sworn in as president–she insisted that everything was done “by the book. ”

Who talks like that, unless it’s some grifter covering her behind? She escaped further scrutiny, because, well, she was in the service of Obama. And she still is his servant.

And now let’s focus on the matter at hand, that Obama-led coup against Democrat President Biden. Even the witless MSNBC host Joe Scarborough called out Obama for this political coup against Biden. Biden himself says the pressure on him to withdraw comes from “elites,” a clear reference not to Trumpian populist sentiment like some people think, but to the guy who cut his political teeth backstabbing his way through the sewers of Chicago politics.

Here’s how Biden spells “Obama”–E-L-I-T-E-S

Biden was elected in the primaries, under rules set forth by the  Democrat party apparat, by Democrat  voters to be their presidential nominee of 2024. owever shortly before the debate Obama and his team of operatives began to publicly eviscerate old Joe.

So, who has been at the center of both Trump and Biden coups?

The man behind the curtain, The Silky, Obama.

It’s been entertaining to watch so many  Democrats like  chattering like mad squirrels driven insane by too many nuts. Yet the same corrupt corporate media who keep chanting that “Democracy Dies in Darkness” and nattering about “authoritarianism” don’t want to confront the notion of Obama stabbing Joe in the back. Their panic and obsequiousness to real power does flavor the popcorn.

But that’s what he did.

Obama released Hollywood star George Clooney to attack President Non Compos Mentis. Even before the debate, remember how The Silky Maestro was on video leading Joe, the doddering old fool, off the stage at a recent fundraiser. He knew what he was doing. You just couldn’t see the knife in his hand. Biden looked weak, and didn’t look like a president. He looked like an old man in search of a drool cup. Mission accomplished.

After  Biden’s abysmal debate failure in which he was the picture of senility, Obama publicly defended old Joe even as he sharpened his knife, while Team Obama, including Obama’s mouthpieces tore old Joe apart in real time.

Obama doesn’t like to have his fingerprints on the knife. As I said, he’s silky.

What we’re seeing is a bloodless coup albeit with Biden as the sacrifice.

The wisest and most discreet analyst I know— who spent more than 30 honorable years in the federal government at CIA, the White House,  the State Department, and the National Intelligence Council briefing presidents,  and dealing with highly sensitive  issues—my brother Nicholas cut through all the fog and called it early. He wrote in January that having unleashed the Deep State on Trump Biden himself could be next.

And if Joe Biden can’t understand it, Jill Biden and bagman Hunter most certainly will understand. They’ll get the message. Obama doesn’t usually leave fingerprints behind. Let’s see if the Biden Department of Justice begins a reconsideration of the brothers Biden and what happened in the fleecing of Americore Health Enterprises a few years ago. Even Jill Biden might feel the inevitable:

Get out or the federal hammer may drop.

For years, the Washington press corps was besotted on Hopium, the leaf of choice for Obama disciples in the corrupt corporate media. I didn’t partake, but they had slits for eyes and treated him as if he came fully formed from a blue lagoon, not the Chicago of the Chicago Way, where his bagman Tony Rezko took care of his needs, where his supporters helped him stab his first benefactor, progressive Democrat State Sen. Alice Palmer, where he was treated like a demigod worthy of a great public temple of Adoration and Fealty.

As I write this,  the Hopium seems to have worn off for the media. But Obama must cover his tracks and erase what he’s done.

The NATO news conference is on the TV behind me. Joe Biden whispers dramatically in a soft voice, an old man trying to hold on.

  1. Who would Garland take orders from–the Head of the Executive Branch of the US, or Obama? The federal hammer drops will reveal who holds the hammer. What if Dr. Jill and Hunter “Smartest Guy I know” felt cornered enough, drunk with power enough, to have Joe (as Executive Branch) unleash the DOJ on a former President, this time Obama? Raid his house. Take his papers. Stage photos. Institute lawfare against the Silky. Certainly, the precedent is there. I would guess that Garland and the Bidens would quickly see who’s really been in charge and who not to cross. Fear of the Chicago Way would rule the galaxy.

    1. Wow that would be really cool, someone finally taking on O’Bama with his own “by the book” methods. Stuff of which great Hollywood movies are made.

      Remember how O’Bama won his senate seat orginally? By taking out the republican candidate,what was his name, Ryan? The way he took him out was quintessential chicago way politics. Someone released a court sealed document that described some of the details of his divorce…sex parties with his wife and others in Paris. It was never revealed who did the dirty deed but I guess it was a employee of the democratically controlled court system. Scum bags that they are…

      1. I believe it was Axelrod who sued the courts to get Jack Ryan’s divorce papers from Jeri Ryan unsealed. I think they did a similar tacit to his Dem primary challenger as well.

    2. The SCOTUS majority decision in Trump v USA makes it extremely unlikely that the present DOJ – or any future DOJ – can go after Mr. Silky or for that matter any future former POTUS … including Biden. Dream on.

    As I write this, I’m overlooking the Aegean from the χωριό of Φάρος on the blue zone island of Ikaria, from where my family originated. So far from home, yet connected by technology to you! Obama brought the Chicago way to DC and infected every branch of government as he enlisted them all to punish his adversaries! Now, it’s about ready to bite him in the butt. The curtain has been drawn back from the great OZ, who kept telling Dorothy don’t pay attention to what you see. I am the great OZ. Obama’s fingerprints are all over the last 4 years. Those of us with a brain have known it from the start. Joe mumbles just isn’t that smart! Stay tuned as the story has yet to be totally unraveled. Stay well and keep those thought coming.     John, it is a mistake to imagine that this is so. Hopium is pernicious and nothing if not persistent.

    I will believe it only when these so-called journalists actually do their jobs and drag the entrenched, unelected bureaucracy (and its masters) shrieking into the bright sunlight of day. Even then, expect Silky to remain unscathed.

  7. Obama received generous contributions and a sweet real estate deal from Chicago mobster Tony. Do any of the pundits and journalists still working write about that Barry character tell — except John Kass? I’ll bet Kass is also the only writer who recalls that Obama courageously set the all-time record for voting “present” in the Illinois General Assembly — so that Mr. Hope And Change would have minimal votes to defend in his grand weasel future.

    Actually Obama bouncing Biden doesn’t bother me that much. The Oz character who has no heart turns on the one with no brain.

  8. Great column. I’ve been saying all along that Obama was the puppet master! It’s ironic that the party that sticks together no matter what is now eating its own. Get the popcorn out of for the DNC convention. I think the protests will be worse than those of ‘68.

  9. I voted that Biden should stay because if he’s gone we’re stuck with president Kackling Kamala! Joe knew what he was doing when he chose her… his insurance policy against impeachment!

  11. The next 6 weeks are going to be interesting but scary as the bejeezus.

    I still don’t think Biden the candidate will make it through the convention. Biden the President should be given a jersey with a big 25 emblazoned on both sides of it.

    Something in my gut is telling me one way or another, Trump will not be President on January 20.

    Jill, Hunter and Merrick Garland should all be given a cell at Guantanamo. Obama ?? If all of this talk is true, treason and all the penalties associated with it. If not Obama, then he who is responsible for this should pay the price.

  12. John, I am so tired of stupidity. Ignorance is bliss as they say and most people I know are too afraid to speak up and tell the truth even to their kids. Once the kids go to College they are lost to Liberal Teachers and Unions and of coarse money. We that read and know the truth know that Obama has been put there to change America and he said so it is on tape if anyone is interested in the truth. He always wanted a 3rd term could not get it so he said that he would have someone elected to finish the job and he wanted Kamala from the beginning. Stupid is as stupid does. Enough already we know the truth but the Press is bought and they listen to them. We are done I am afraid.

  14. All the noise about presidents Obama, Biden, and Trump is a diversion. It is the results of the congressional elections that matter. Whichever party controls the Houses of Congress inevitably controls what the next president can, or cannot, accomplish. I pray the conservatives understand this and proceed accordingly.

To Hell with the country and the American people, we gotta cover our butts and protect our right to feast at the public till. The Quisling Quigley can lead the parade right behind Obama. But the voters will support the rats until the bitter end because they can’t see the wool being pulled over their eyes – they are too busy playing games on their cell phones.

  16. What they don’t see is how the Obamas want pure power. The Obamas took on the Clintons, and now are after the Bidens since they are not useful to them anymore.

    The Obamas are racists. People don’t see it because they are black but they are truly evil people. Shelby Steele said it all in his book White Guilt. It’s worth a read.

    The Obama Presidency is among the worst in American history. He installed communists in bureaucratic positions, and he divided the country intentionally.

  17. As usual John you are spot on. Anyone who did not see Sleepy Joe as Silky 3.0 is brain dead. Agree, Kamala was Joe’s insurance policy. Obama and company know that even if Kamala polls better than her boss, anyone with a brain, can see she is unelectable. Even those who are just in it for their “free sh*t are coming to the realization that the Dem party sold them out for the illegals who are eating (literally) a good portion of the money for the goodies they have come to expect and the crime on their neighborhoods is soaring. Yes the murder rate is down—because of better/faster EMS and trauma care in the hospitals ED’s and beyond. But it is a shooting gallery in the hood.

    I fully agree the DNC in Chicago will make 68 look like a picnic with demonstrations our own Brandon will be unable to control because of restrictions on the cops and fewer real cops to do the job.

  18. Well, I was very excited to see this column this morning. Why? Because I was sitting around yesterday, pondering all this and made some notes, as follows:
    I feel Obama is in his third term and desperately wants a 4th. But he is beloved to so many…he is the gentle, wise bff of Biden. So he appears at the Clooney fundraiser and at the end, gently guides ole Joe off the stage. Its an aw shucks moment. That Obama is such a great guy! Then, after the 6/27 debate, he sends out on X that bad debates happen, trust me, I know. Aw, Shucks, what a great guy and bff he is. Meanwhile, the lawfare against Trump is not working and the Supreme Court has granted immunity. Now, Obama tells Clooney to write the Op-Ed (no dirt on Obama’s hands) Aw, shucks. Now the Kingmaker wants his meat puppet, Kamala, at the head of the ticket. He is so hoping that the 4th term is not far off. What a great guy!

The only reason I would not like to see JB drop out, is simply because I do not trust BO, B or HC, Nancy or Chuckie, or just about anyone even remotely connected with the past 3-1/2 years in DC. The thought of just what mayhem they may be plotting is, for me, very scary indeed. We already know the devil we have. Beware of the devil they may have waiting in the wings.     Previous to the cloak and dagger divorce filings leak sabotaging Republican Jack Ryan’s 2004 Senate campaign against Obama, the same was done to Democrat Blair Hull in the Democrat primary. I wonder who?

  25. What no one is speaking about is Kamala.
    Why would Obama send in the flying monkeys against Joe if he didn’t have Kamala in his pocket.
    She polls lower than Joe. She is a word salad and cackling laughter.
    So Obama knows even if he plays big brother to Kamala and guide her through a presidency they can’t win.
    What will happen next scares me more. It’s those secret late night meetings in dark corners that worry me.
    I’ve learned through your columns to look past the circus show and see what they’re not saying or showing.

  26. I recall Mr. Kass calling out the real Obama many years ago now. I was pretty well smoked by Obama’s rhetoric at the time. I don’t have that kind of IQ to see through bullshit, at least not in the moment – or sometimes ever. What I do see here is another example of Chicago being nothing more than a New England colony. Where did Osama go to college. Where does he live now. This is the Harvard Way, foremost. Edgar Lee Masters called this out in his book “The Tale of Chicago”. I can’t re-read this book enough these days. And it’s alive and well, the Harvard Way, just using Chicago, as Obama did.

    Mr. Masters wonderfully laid out this out in his book. Any time Chicago really started to get its own thing going, the “hotel” hypocrites (people from Ivy League New England who merely lived in hotels while they fleeced the city and swapped wives at the Union league Club) would come in and crush it.

    When the “Black and Tan” bars on the near Southside of Chicago started to gain popularity in the early 1900s and 1910s – where “black and white people would go to dance together in a slow, wriggling manner” (Blues dancing) – then with the advent of the Wilson administration, all this progress was crushed and with WWI – and the new “secret service”, everyone became uneasy and paranoid and no one wanted to be caught fraternizing with Blacks – something the world class racist Wilson, the New Englander vis a vis Virginia, would have been proud of.

    So what we may have here, quite honestly may not be just the American people vs the Deep State, but New York City (Trump) vs New England. GO “real” NYC

    As this plays out I cannot help but wonder what the Biden’s have on Obama and some of the other key figures surrounding him. I do not think that Obama is so sharp as to be immaculately cleansed. He has been protected by some very powerful people.
    Joe has played a long time in the swamp and has accumulated much dirt. Wonder how he and his team play it.
    There are some powerful forces at play.

  28. John, I’m so glad you mentioned State Sen. Alice Palmer from Hyde Park as the first victim of drug infused hopium when Barack Obama engineered the hacks in the Chicago Board of Elections to get her removed from the March 1996 primary ballot on a technicality and thus allowed for Obama to win his first race without genuine opposition – the legacy media always skip over how he got his start in the Chi and it irritates me to no end. Thanks on behalf of the memory of Alice whom I never met!

  29. We are seeing “the Swamp” at work. It is deep, entrenched, full of slimy, slippery career politicians and bureaucrats. The Swamp Masters many times are unseen…back in the weeds, behind the overgrowth, wallowing in fetid, foul water…calling the shots. It is a dirty environment. Illinois feeds its young congressional reps (one, two, three term infants) with no seniority to compete with the seasoned swamp creatures of Capito Hill. The “Old Pros” like sanctimonious Dick Durbin, J B Pritzker
    mentor them on how to vote lockstep like lemmings to the tunes called by the Schumers, & Pelosis. My point is all politics is local & Illinois gets the crumbs. Many voters are apathetic, lazy, mis- informed. That is how Chicago got it’s mayor. The Swamp will remain until the voters say “No More!” We the people are going to tell you what we want and not take what you tell us we should be grateful to get. Informed voting has neve been so important.

It would be foolish of me to believe that those that were surprised by Biden’s debate performance or “big boy press conference” might begin to wonder what other falsehoods they’ve been fed for years by the biased media. There are very few openly calling out Obama as the man behind the curtain all these years. I always appreciate your insight and willingness to upend the apple cart.

  31. Mr. Silky is truly that – now. But, he wasn’t always. He was tapped by others, for all of the reasons and attributes enumerated by John’s excellent column and by the many thoughtful and thought-filled comments… But, he wasn’t always – wasn’t always quite so “slick”, quite so “savvy”, quite so situationally aware. He was tapped for that Illinois State Senate seat by some old-time Chicago “players” who saw a lot of potential (or, what THEY called ‘potential’) but they had some teaching, some buffing and some polishing to do, and all of those early steps were not taken BY him, they were taken FOR him.

    We read the names and the situations of his early beginnings in Chicago, but consider this along with his impossible-to-quantify early life and education. Quoting from the New York Times in 2008: “There is no comedic “take” on him, nothing easy to turn to for an easy laugh, like allegations of Bill Clinton’s womanizing, or President Bush’s goofy bumbling or Al Gore’s robotic persona.” Most of us could add a few more, too. His early behavior as an Illinois State Senator, his actions in office, did not bode well for his future – other than to have there be “not much there”. Having dealt with him more than a few times as an elected official, I believe I can fairly say “He was not a stand-out legislator.” The general opinion of the local officials who had to deal with him? “This guy is sorta clueless! What’s he doin’ here?”

    Barack is not stupid – he’s been taught, and not at Columbia and Harvard. He’s been taught by the likes of Illinois’ Emil Jones and Mike Madigan. But he was also tutored by Valerie Jarrett, to whom he was introduced by his then-fiancee, Michelle. At the dinner the newly-engaged couple enjoyed, Jarrett hired Michelle and “…..Jarrett reportedly took the couple under her wing and “introduced them to a wealthier and better-connected Chicago than their own.” (New York Times article).

    Barack is the Operations Man to this day, but those earliest connections paved the way for not only some broad, well-lit avenues of success, but for some pretty dark, curving, narrow back alleys as well. You can be sure Susan Rice figures into the equation, and there is one character that, of late, just seems to have disappeared in the mists of time and the cariacatures of himself….and that is ole Sweet Willy Clinton. Hillary is Bill’s favorite annoyance, and she keeps popping up like the proverbial bad penny. The former President didn’t just wander off into that mentioned mist and……nothing. He had (has?) WAY too many connections, is considerably smarter than Barack, and is doing more than sitting home reading salacious novels to jog his memory. We write him off at our peril. (Insert here a recollection of his ties with one Mr. Putin, even after the era of the Clinton White House.)

    So, what’s going to happen with all of this? Joe will go. His price? The buckets of money in the till (They’ll work it out, you can be sure.) Kamala will be written off (oops – no, promised the next Supreme Court appointment “if you help us win!”) and who will be the nominee? That’s EASY!!! The one guy who has done “such a wonderful job as governor, running an iron-bound Blue State! One JB Pritzker, of course! Surely you recall early on when he said he wasn’t running for President, but that if the opportunity arose, he would “…just finance the whole thing myself rather than beg for money.” He ‘bought’ the Convention for his ‘home state’, and check out who ‘owns’ the SuperDelegate credentials, acquired by whom???? Remember,he wanted to follow Barack as Senator from Illinois and that sorta got botched up. Now, he’ll just follow him as President! I’ve not yet figured out who will be his Vice-Presidential candidate.

  32. If you recall, it was never in the original plan for Biden to seek re-election. But when you get placed in the most powerful office in the country, only to show up about 4 hours a day, and have assigned underlings do your entire job, what can be better. Dementia Joe stated that he was actually one of the poorest member ever a VP to lay claim to the job. When he learned how easy it became to extort money from other countries (selling influence), he and his family were living a life that they don’t want to give up. I think the biggest dirt is yet to come when the leaks come out how Joe received all this foreign money from third world countries, betraying the American people. Once the Dems let these cats out of the bag, he will take a buy out and go on his merry way.

    We are at a low point in our countries political history – worse then Watergate. For anyone to vote for the Democratic ticket this November, you must really hate your country. If you just can’t get past your Trump Derangement Sydrome, at least vote for Kennedy.
