  1. Excellent podcast. It was enjoyable and informative & I believe Danielle would make a good mayor. I’m not a citizen of Chicago but I was born there and lived there in the early years of my life and I don’t like what the Democrats have done to the city. I wish Danielle luck but I believe the game is fixed. Hope I’m wrong.

  2. Great to hear someone who knows what she’s talking about and is tired of being told to shut up and take it.
I wish her luck in the race against the machine.

  3. The best message I can offer her: As a former mayor, I can only say “Go for it!!!” Even when the odds are tough, just keep on doing what you know is right. The first time I ran, the local paper wouldn’t even print my information! When I asked why – “Because you haven’t got a college degree. Not much to write in a bio for you!” Well, I won that race against two ‘college educated’ men. And then I went on to win two more times, too! Believe in yourself and believe in your message! Give your voters a positive look at what you will work on, and what you will do for them. Don’t waste your time telling them what a string of disappointments we’ve had in the past. Focus on YOU, YOUR MESSAGE and where YOU intend to take the government for the benefit of the people who put YOU there. Let the other guy talk about himself on his time. Be positive and show that you ARE THE BEST person for the job!
