Democrat Judges Spit on Rule of Law

Democrats and the left-wing media are aghast at the photos of the FBI arresting an alleged criminal.

This criminal with Democrat support used her authority to stop federal law enforcement from arresting another alleged criminal on the run from the FBI.

The criminal?

A Milwaukee County judge.

“Nobody is above the law, not even a judge,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi.

The photo at the top of this column shows Judge Hanna Dugan being led away by FBI agents after she tried her scheme and was arrested. She failed bigly. It’s all here in the federal complaint.  Take a look for yourself.

“Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week,” FBI director Kash Patel wrote in an X post. “We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest.”

It was an excellent topper to President Donald Trump’s first 100 days in office.

The neo-Marxist party—you might call them the neo-Jacobin party—are now threating more upheavals. That’s what they do when they don’t get what they want. For example, the neo-Marxists are fondly remember the Summer of Love when American cities were destroyed, savaged and ruined when white leftists joined with Black Lives Matter groups to celebrate their hero, George Perry Floyd Jr. A better name for the unrest is the Black Lives Matter riots, or the George Floyd riots.

Many cities were burned down and destroyed including Chicago which has never recovered. The leftist media applauded and media exhorted the rioters because they wanted to destroy President Donald Trump and as the cities burned. Democrat governors stood by and did nothing during the notorious “fiery but mostly peaceful protests.”

Other battles were fought in newsrooms–not physically–when the neo-Marxists who run big-city newspapers tried to spin the riots away because they hold the American people in such utter contempt. One leading columnist at a once-great metropolitan newspaper soured completely on the so-called corporate legacy media and left the newspaper where he’d worked for 40 years the next year

And recently, neo-Marxist presidential candidate Gov. J.B. Pritzker, aka Gov. Toilets, aka Gov. Fat Boi announced he wanted to return to those “mostly peaceful” protest days that many other Americans didn’t consider “mostly peaceful.” Now he says he wasn’t trying to suggest violence. But that’s what he did.

As Gov. Toilets readied himself on the weekend to call for more anguish, riots and pain, and as he conveniently forgot that similar calls for leftist violence led to two separate attempts on the life of President Donald Trump, an amazing thing happened: Judge Hanna Dugan was arrested on obstruction of justice charges.

But the left isn’t done. Another Wisconsin judge, Monica Isham announced she has no intention of cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and  she gave notice to legal colleagues saying “Guidance Requested or I Refuse to Hold Court” and sent mails to  judges across the state. Do your job judges and if you break the law, I’ve got one message: FAFO your honors.

Don’t believe me? Look it up. Some might think it’s vulgar, but those of us who survived the BLM riots might have a different take. So, let me say it again. FAFO. I can’t spell it out, or rather, I won’t. I suppose you have to look it up.

County court records show the illegal migrant immigrant in the Milwaukee case — Eduardo Flores-Ruiz — was set to appear in court on April 18 before Dugan for a pretrial conference in a case where he has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of battery/domestic abuse connected to an incident on March 12. The case is ongoing. Federal prosecutors allege Flores-Ruiz illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico and was issued an Expedited Removal order in January 2013, according to a criminal complaint.

She yelled at federal agents and told them to find the chief judge. As they left she broke the law by letting Flores-Ruiz out secretly.

“The courtroom deputy then saw Judge DUGAN get up and heard Judge DUGAN say something like ‘Wait, come with me,'” the complaint states. “Despite having been advised of the administrative warrant for the arrest of Flores-Ruiz, Judge DUGAN then escorted Flores-Ruiz and his counsel out of the courtroom through the ‘jury door,’ which leads to a nonpublic area of the courthouse.”

“So she continues, continues with her docket, finishes her docket. Two victims sit in court all morning long waiting and at the end. The prosecutors say ‘What happened? Why didn’t the case get called?'” Bondi told ABC news.

In yet another case embarrassing the neo-Marxists–because they got themselves caught–a former New Mexico judge was arrested on an evidence tampering charge for allegedly destroying a phone belonging to a tenant who is accused of keeping guns at the property and suspected of being a member of a Venezuelan criminal gang.

Federal authorities said in court records that former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Jose “Joel” Cano  told investigators that he believed photos or videos on the device would reflect negatively on his tenant and threw away what remained of it five weeks ago after smashing it with a hammer.

Where did he pick up that trick? From Hillary Clinton, the flesh eating Baba Yaga of the Democrat Party?

Cano resigned last month after the state Judicial Standards Commission sought to suspend him, saying he was accused of letting three members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua live on his property in Las Cruces and have access to firearms.

And what of the mystery tenants?

You might call him them “New Mexico” men, but that wouldn’t be exactly correct. These are members of the notorious, violently deadly Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua. You don’t believe me? Follow the blood of innocent victims raped and murdered, all the women and young girls that Joe Biden and the pro-Biden news media (you know who they are) pretended not to know about.

Perhaps they’ll think about the victims when they’re in hell.

In a court filing, Cano denied the U.S. government’s characterization of the men as gang members, saying each of them were subjected to “thorough and rigorous” proceedings with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents when they entered the country. He said the first time he heard that they may have gang ties was the morning federal agents raided their home took the men into custody.

Cano said he and his wife, Nancy Cano allowed the men to stay in their spare studio apartment in April 2024. He said they told the couple that they requested asylum upon entering the U.S. in 2023, were processed by immigration officials and were then released with court dates for their requests. Cano said the men showed paperwork to back up their stories.

Federal authorities arrested Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, 23, the Venezuelan man, for illegal possession of firearms and ammunition in late February at the Canos’ Las Cruces home, authorities seized four firearms believed to be in Ortega-Lopez’s possession, along with three cell phones. During the search, authorities allowed Ortega-Lopez to make a phone call before he was taken to the Doña Ana County Detention Center, according to federal authorities. Ortega-Lopez allegedly told federal agents the phone he wanted to use was not among those recovered.

Some morons may try to spin this as a love story. But I don’t think that will fly. I’m just not seeing this as a rom-com. Unless the judge’s wife has a larger part.

Video calls from the Doña Ana County Detention Center allegedly showed Nancy Cano in possession of what federal authorities believed to be Ortega-Lopez’s fourth, unrecovered cell phone. On March 7, Nancy Cano made a call through a private messaging platform offering end-to-end encryption for greater security, to a third-party person, named only as “Michelle,” according to the USDOJ. Nancy Cano then used her own cell phone to facilitate a video-call conversation, through another enhanced security platform, between Michelle and Ortega-Lopez, according to federal authorities.

The judge allegedly tried to destroy the cell phones that contained photographs of decapitated heads. When Democrats seek power in the mid-term elections of 2026, and with power the opportunity to once again impeach President Trump I hope this case hangs around their necks.

In a separate, April 20th call between Nancy Cano and Ortega-Lopez, Nancy Cano allegedly discussed with him deleting his Facebook account. The DOJ states in a news release that Ortega-Lopez’s Facebook account is the platform he previously used to share incriminating content, including images the federal government says connects Ortega-Lopez to being affiliated with the Tren de Aragua gang and images of him holding firearms.

My question: Why the heads?

In Milwaukee, Judge Dugan was charged with two criminal counts of “obstructing and impeding a proceeding before a department or agency of the United States” and for “concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest,” according to the criminal complaint.

The neo-Jacobins whine that all this is an effort to intimidate judges, but I’d suggest judges should not break the law and obstruct justice, but what do I know. I wonder.

Is there a lesson from all this?

Yes.

The left is addicted to violence. They hate America. They’re desperate to have Americans break the law and engage in civil disobedience, like that simpering chumbolone from the New York Times–David Brooks–is advocating.

The answer is the same to the illegal immigrants, to the judges, all of them. It doesn’t matter to the victims. They’re cold in their graves,

But there’s a new sheriff in town. He works in Washington D.C.

And judges? Don’t break the law. Think about your future. And before you do anything stupid that puts you in jail for years, trading sexual favors in prison, you might want to stop. Go get yourself a good cup of Midwestern common sense and think long and hard about it.

Or you can just FAFO.

No one is above the law.

Not even a Democrat judge. Not now.

To them, it’s just fine that they send people to a foreign prison without due process. And not a word from them expressing outrage over the woman and her three daughters, all US citizens, being forced out of their home in the rain while they took everything they own, with no prospect of ever getting it back. Not to mention the cruel cuts to education, the poor and the elderly. And they are hunky dory with Trump running again in 2028, and making a killing of of related merch. If you’re going to use it, then it is only fair to discuss the many eternally twisting, writhing tentacles that to this day obscure what actually occurred that day. Without a fair (emphasize FAIR!) examination of the roots of the event and it’s play-out, it becomes a left-wing alarm bell that is less and less meaningful.           You’re apparently happy to draw lines of comparison between the activities of that day and the current wave of lawlessness and viciousness being visited on Americans, especially by several of the gangs with their roots in other countries. Most of the things they do to their victims are so heinous that they can’t be told on public media….so it didn’t happen, right? Except – it did, and it does. Denying it doesn’t make it go away.

          Until current interest in that particular event uncovers the proverbial “rest of the story” – what we’re learning was massive FBI involvement in the planning and execution of the day (how many FBI agents were on the ground, in the crowd, “helping”?) And going all the way back to understanding why the Speaker refused the proffered federal help to maintain order. Maybe those questions were answered in the now-destroyed documentation from the “hearings”. We await the nation’s rage over the way the accused were detained and the conditions in which they were forced to exist. And you whine about foreign national gang members, illegally in this country, being sent back HOME?????

          There will always be individual examples of problems with the execution of a law going in both directions. But those aberrant situations are not the basis for the law nor are they (nor should they be) the basis for constructing a law.

          Those of us who support Mr. Trump are having a DELIGHTFUL time punking those whose hatred is so vocal and so visible…..Trump 2028 is HILARIOUS! and the more it’s out there the funnier it gets! Who knows? Maybe it’s Don, Jr.? Eric? Lara? Holding the spot ’til Baron is old enough?

          Your mentioning these “cruel cuts”? We’ll tackle that another day – when you can give some actual examples. Until then, we’ll celebrate the bravery of Mr. Musk, under Mr.Trump’s direction, as they scour through the blatant fraud and “mis-management”. Talk about a national-sized CRIME they’ve uncovered!!!!

          1. So…the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers etc. were FBI operatives? And the “hang Mike Pence” guy with the working gallows? And Trump, urging them to march on the Capitol (“We’ll be there with you”), was somehow FBI orchestrated? And the goons with the flagpoles, bear spray, clubs, zip ties, smearing feces, wreaking havoc and inflicting injuries? And what was the FBI’s purpose? And why isn’t the current FBI screaming about it? Trump let it go on for hours despite pleas from his family to call a halt. How can anyone who saw the footage of that day not be horrified?             As to the deportations, the very worst criminals have the right to due process. The constitution says “persons”, not simply “US citizens”. And the ICE goons, armed and masked, are indiscriminately rounding up innocent people, including US citizens and legal residents, as well as criminals, and deporting and imprisoning them without due process.

            And the cruelty continues. They’ve cut childhood cancer research, Meals on Wheels, Head Start, foreign poverty aid, to name a few. They want more children born, but offer no resources to parents other than a $5,000 one off. And draconian abortion laws which cause women to bleed out from legitimate miscarriages or die from ectopic pregnancies because doctors are afraid to treat them. But women are expendable, aren’t they? To you folks, women are just service animals and brood mares, they aren’t really people. And then there are the cuts to medical research research, the FDA, the RFK disaster (Hello Measles!), and the LGBTQ suicide hotline, although I’m sure you folks are really down with that one. They’re also after Social Security and Medicaid.

            Yes, Ms. Bushy, cruelty is the MAGA MO. And Republicans have the gall to scream that Pritzger’s speech was meant to incite violence against Republicans. Pritzger’s recommended “weapons” are the soapbox, ballot box, microphone, megaphone (as opposed to the abovementioned bear spray, gallows, etc), and massive peaceful protests, like the ones that have been occurring nationwide. And Pritzger’s previous speech comparing Hitler’s rise to power with Trump’s actions was spot on, one fact after another.

            You can laugh at the prospect of Trump 2028, but you better believe he’s dead serious. He and his henchmen and the frightened Republicans in Congress are putting the pieces in place for a Trump dictatorship with the SAVE bill, which is thinly disguised voter suppression, and the DOGE goons are quietly compiling data on all citizens from federal databases. I desperately want to be wrong about this, but I am truly frightened that they will succeed.

            And don’t get me started on Christian Nationalism/White Supremacy. You all worship him like a god, believe all his blatant lies and take whatever bile he dishes out. And there are millions just like you, good people, smart people. I just don’t understand it.

  4. Apparently, according to the new breed of “judges”, the law is to be followed if it fits your beliefs and ignored if it does not. It appears that many of today’s judges failed Ethics 101, if it is even taught anymore (doubtful). The image of the judge as an impartial arbitrator who follows the rules of society, such rules created by the representatives of the people is permanently destroyed. Who appointed unelected judges to be the arbitrators of the will of the people. (Elected judges in Cook County and Illinois are another matter, as they owe their allegiance to the Democratic Party and Governor Money Bags.) The judges’ antics fit the old saying that ” That the law is an ass). Except, of course, the judges are now the asses. James Madison and Thomas Jefferson are spinning in their graves.

  9. To avoid certain words in your family oriented column, you can maintain journalistic integrity by Word-of-Fortune-ing the word, rather than sending people who do not know acronyms to google. So explaining the FAFO acronym could be:
    F□□□ Around, Find Out.
    Or even:
    F□□k Around, Find Out.

    We who are familiar with the acronym won’t give it a second thought. Those who do not know can make a correct educated guess and continue reading rather than risk falling down the internet rabbit hole.

  10. When you come here illegally you are not an “American” and if a lawful order to deport on sight or otherwise has been issued so be it. Because you as a judge don’t like it does not allow you to put your finger on the scale of justice. DV & HT victims deserve their day in court. The hatred of a man and policy that seeks to undo a literal invasion of illegals under Biden is beyond comprehension. A man who wants law and order on university campuses and seeks to prevent anti semitism (didn’t your fathers fight in Europe to stop the Holocaust??) yet some of the Jewish faith I know dislike DJT and still support the Dem party Huh? Inciting violence as the Dems have done (mainly peaceful? ) protests . Chicago and Illinois in horrid shape. No wonder 33 counties want to say bye bye! And the Governor is wants to be president.     I’ve got to say this and I don’t care about not being a lady, but WTF? Judges are supposed to understand and enforce the law. (Period) What is now going to happen to our justice system?
    If I get a speeding ticket can I say hey I’m a cute older lady and therefore not have to pay it?
    What this judge did was disgusting. She and any who follow her doing the same should be locked up and stripped of any ties to the law.

  15. Big wheel keeps on turning. Even as a reporter at the White House Correspondent Dinner lamented the American medias complicity in lying to the public do they get caught doing it again. As Trump slow roasted ABC ” reporter” ( I guess that’s different from being a “journalist”) Terry Moran over El Salvadoran deportee and documented MS13 gang member Abrego Garcia, Moran mumbled under his breath that a picture of Garcias gang tattoos were “photoshopped”. Straight up lied. Its what they do. Trump knew he has him hooked and called him out for his bullshit. So much for fair and impartial reporting. Is Trumps polling numbers really in the basement? I’m not sure that I trust the accuracy of “Surveymonkey”. The people doing the polling are the same ones that said we’d be calling Kamala Harris ” Madame President” right now. After weeks of front page headlines about the collapse of the stock market thanks to Trump, I found a small reference to the stock market in The Chicago Fibune. The third day straight of gains was conveniently buried right by the obituary page in the back. Not front page news I guess. Here’s the truth about the tariffs. If I order something from Amazon I can get it in one day. If you take your car to get fixed, the mechanic can get the part the next day. How is this possible? BECAUSE WAREHOUSES ARE FULL OF ANYTHING YOU WANT. ANYTHING. It will take a long time for tariffs to affect any supply chain. And months of Mexico dumping avacados into landfills will cause them to settle any tariff issues. Yes, they’ll have to deal with Trump. They need us more than we need them. Don’t believe the hype, as they say in the hood. Especially when the hype is full of lies.

    As these socialists (aka far left wacko dems) are finding out, our laws apply to us all, and we rely on jurists to apply reasonable efforts to enforce them, and make their decisions accordingly. However, the growing body of leftist judges tells me we’re not out of the woods yet, and I wonder how long before we uncover the same activities right here in Chicago – you know, sanctuary city of the midwest! Sooner or later, mayor Pannix and Gov Jelly Belly will do something even more stupid than the’ve already accomplished. Maybe fat boy will try to hide illegals in one of his many condos without toilets? They’ll devise new, ingenious ways to subvert the Constitution and laws of the land, giving shelter to illegals (I forgot they’re now migrants, not illegals) as they beg the feds for more dollars with which to house, educate and nurse these freeloaders on society. We’re doomed here in Crook County!

And they will cheat in the coming mid terms, every way they possibly can. Of all the great things MAGA is doing now, election integrity is more important now, than all of them combined. We have to overwhelm the vote in 2028. Can you imagine how entertaining the DemocRat will be when we increase our majorities in both houses.

    Do not even allow yourself to think that its remotely OK to follow historical trends of letting the other party back in, in the midterms. Because of the abject depravity of the DemocRat right now, we are no longer served well by our two party system.

  20. Don’t want to rain on anybody’s parade but from what I see, this is a race to the 2026 mid-terms. The first hundred days is not a time to gloat. Listening to FOX media personalities’ refrain that the Dems are in complete disarray sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me.

    Can’t be fooled or lulled to sleep. “The Resistance” is also in its second term and are more sophisticated. Multiple lawsuits opposing Trump’s EOs, calls by people like Schumer, Pritzker, Jefferies, AOC and their ilk for “action,” mainstream media highlighting any gaffe by Administration officials, the first of presumably many articles of impeachment filed this week, and judges taking actions such as those alleged against the Milwaukee county judge, describes an organized effort and paints a future of extended chaos. In response to those efforts, perhaps the Administration and its’ allies could tone down the rhetoric, produce less grandstanding, offer more professionalism, amd reach out to some of those across the aisle who may be open to working in a bipartisan fashion.

If it was not for this incredible self inflicted blunder on his part, all these issues would be mere noise … important for political talking heads, but ultimately of minor political consequence. As a Democratic Party wise man once said: “Its all about the economy, stupid.” It really is, as the Republicans are sadly going to find out in 2026.

  21. Great points here about misleading polls. I never get called by polls either. Many polls were wrong about the 2024 election. Even NewsNation, which advertises itself as middle of the road, (maybe), their polls predicted a very close election. Wrong.

Speaking about above the law, when are the governmental felony fraudsters who used COVID PPE funding to set up phony and felony fraudulent businesses ever going to be criminally prosecuted, at any level? I personally would love to see a Libertarian party established and continue the DOGE efforts exponentially in all levels of government.

  26. Hallelujah! I’ve said it before the certainty of retribution is the only sure deterrent. Lots of judges, prosecutors, and activist civil servants who crossed the line need to go to jail with very public arrests! Is Ms James of NYC and Virginia next? Fanny Willis? Maybe reach back to Lois Lehrner? I hope it’s the first ripple of a wave.

  27. I wonder if state judges would be less inclined to cross the line if there were more consequences at the judicial activism on the federal bench. It’s as if they are given the green light to deviate from their role in calling balls and strikes and instead they actually put on a uniform and get on the field and become advocates for the litigant migrant defendants. Also, I still cannot get over the lies told to the FISA court in their zeal to get warrants on Trump campaign officials in 2016. And when advised of the corruption after Gen. Rogers investigated FISA abuses – crickets! Nothing! We are in serious trouble in this country.

Yet who do they think have the most guns … and know how to use them … including the infamous now banned ARs in Illinois? Fat Boi and company better be careful for what they wish for.   31. I felt sorry for Trump yesterday that he didn’t prepare well for the interview yesterday or not advised, especially on foreign policy. All he needed to say was, “What was Cuba to USA in 1961 is now Ukraine and the eastern block nations like Poland are to Russia. So, NATO forces should stay clear of this zone and F-off”. And we won’t give a penny more to Ukraine nor participate in the NATO alliance anymore.

    1. Again, Trump should not have agreed to the white house interview with ABC Moran in the first place. All the media network knew before hand the questions/topics that’re going to be asked/discussed and they were well prepared with pre-manufactured interviews with their chosen/bought public to be shown in the 9/10 pm local news as a rebuttal to Trump’s answers. Instead, Trump should have addressed the nation from the White House on his achievements in the first 100 days! A golden opportunity missed. The suburban wives already got filled with the lies delivered from the local news into their family rooms.

      1. I disagree. No matter what one thinks of President Trump he is – as opposed to his senile incoherent predecessor – one the most assessable Presidents in our nation’s history. As far as the interviews go, he gives as good as he gets. He is more than a match for the network propagandists and by doing these interviews shows he is not afraid to take them on.
