There is a thin line in big cities like Chicago, New York, Detroit and Los Angeles and small towns too.
In just about every place you can think of where human beings choose to live together, there is that line.
They think hard about it and make their decisions accordingly. You won’t find it on a map. There is no committee to bend it or redraw it to satisfy some politician’s ambitions.
