  1. Good morning John. We are losing the battle for the survival of this once Great Country. The Blacks are out to destroy everything and everyone that does not agree with them and it seems Color is more important than our Country. People still Vote for Democrats and Biden knowing that America is gone to the thugs, Illegals and we have to pay for them. Free Health care while we pay through the nose, free Rent while we pay big time especially in the Suburbs. I trust the Lord and put my Faith in him, and will never ever Vote for a Biden or a Democrat ever again since they are the ones that have destroyed our Country, for money, greed and stay in office until Death. We need term limits, they do not want that, Obama wants Kamala Harris to be President and he is destroying Biden every day.
    People must be stupid to Vote for any Democrat, not that the Republicans are any better. Mail in Voting, and Dead People Voting keep Democrats in power. So sad folks that you do not seem to care about America and it’s Freedoms and the once best Country God ever created in the Modern World. Millions of Illegals are walking in, Chinese and Middle Easter man are coming in by the thousands and you know darn well their intentions are Evil. I do not watch TV anymore, nothing good there, thank you John for your honesty and integrity. The so called Millionaires will lose their money the Government will take it from them to Support Illegals. Good Luck America you have allowed this disaster to happen. Greece is gone, Mitsotakis saw to it, and all of the Europeans and Arabs will move to Greece for gay marriage. What happened to the World folks.

    1. Hey Helen, I hear your heart and your frustration. Over generalizing about “blacks” or other races is just your frustration. I know plenty of blacks that are as unhappy as you are with the way our country is going. As you said, both parties and congress are failing miserably. People aren’t “stupid” when they vote for certain parties, they are just naive and out of touch, and sometimes, uneducated. no country is “gone”, the people must never give up pushing for the truth and fair government. The pattern is clear: When Biblical morals are thrown out the window, anything goes. When our country legalized the murder of millions of unborn children, when women’s rights activists convinced women that abortion is “healthcare”, when the mental illness resulting in hundreds wanting to change their gender (which truly cannot be done), when pre-marital and extra-marital sex became a sport and casually participated in, when divorce became rampant and people stopped working on their marriages, and often took the easy way out because they could afford to, when men stopped teaching their sons how to be real men with morals, when parents stopped parenting and tried to be their kids best friend, when the government decided it would redefine marriage (which again, is absurd), there is no way for our country to go but down. Anyone who has a strong Christian faith is ridiculed and called names and dismissed. However! God is still on His Throne, and our prayers matter – our standing up and speaking truth matter.

    2. Helen, you’re pretty much spot on! Just look at IL State Rep Justin Slaughter wanted to do to keep specifically black drivers from getting pulled over while driving in this state! Everyone let this black clown know it was a horrible idea.
      If one is not familiar with it enjoy: The proposal, known as House Bill 4603, was introduced on January 29.
      According to the bill’s provisions, law enforcement officers would be prohibited from stopping a motor vehicle for violations such as “failing to display registration plates or stickers; being operated with an expired registration sticker; violating general speed restrictions (unless that violation is a misdemeanor or felony offense); improper lane usage (unless that violation is a misdemeanor or felony offense); failing to comply with certain requirements concerning vehicle lamps; excessive tint; defective mirrors; an obstructed windshield or defective windshield wipers; defective bumpers; excessive exhaust; and failure of the vehicle operator to wear a safety belt.”
      Furthermore, the bill stipulates that any evidence obtained during a stop initiated due to one of these violations would not be admissible in court or usable in a trial, even if said evidence was discovered during a search consented by the driver. (Imagine, a loaded gun on one’s passenger seat! Oh, have a nice day sir, you are free to drive with that.)
      Slaughter currently represents Illinois Legislative District 27.

    1. John I’m disappointed in your response to Helen. She’s frightened, as she should be. We are in real trouble as a state and country. She isn’t wrong, maybe just stated it on more of an emotional level.
      To start calling names and giving out rude labels is immature and mean.

      She’s not as wacky as some might think. We have armed thugs using areas of the city as their hunting grounds. People afraid to walk in their own neighborhoods. Migrants pouring across our borders and a government that cares about illegal immigrants more than it’s own homeless citizens and Vets.
      We borrow money we don’t have and give it to countries that hate our guts.
      We offer free health care to illegals and take it away from deserving Vets who served us and put their lives on the line for the politicians who now abandon them.
      We elect States Attorneys who refuse to prosecute criminals but who will gladly put a right to life protester in the clink.
      We have a President who willingly breaks the law by not enforcing our immigration laws.
      A first son who Lord only knows how many laws he has ignored due to his last name, an absolutely clueless Vice President who achieved her position through her carnal efforts on Willie Brown’s behalf.
      So Helen, I share your frustration and don’t believe for one second that you are a wacko.

  6. I was born in Chicago in 1947 which makes me 77 years old. I know Chicago like the back of my hand. In the early 60’s as a kid, I worked for a paperstand on 71st and Yates. In my teens during the mid-sixties, I delivered bales of newspapers for the Chicago Tribune to different neighborhoods around the city. In the 70’s after I fought in the Vietnam War, I lived in Roseland across from the Florence Hotel on 111th Street. In 1971 I became a life insurance agent for Western and Southern Life and eventually became a financial planner until the late 1990’s where I became a trader at the Chicago Board of Trade for 10 years. I’ve seen Chicago change exactly like the world is changing. There is a force that is trying to undermine our values. Example: Helen expresses the way a lot of people feel. Then rude and insensitive remarks begin to appear. This is exactly what the people who are pulling the strings are trying to do.
    I voted for Obama in both his terms. I thought he was going to be the man to bring us all together. I was a Democrat my entire life until Obama’s second term when I realized he was doing nothing for the City of Chicago. The people of the west side needed his help the most. He was the President of the most powerful country in the world and could have done so much to help the poor and unfortunate get out of the rut they were in. Many poor had no choice but to turn to drugs and alcohol. I am no longer a Democrat, and I am saddened to see the party I once loved turn to ultra liberalism. All the big cities are Democratic. If you want change, you need to change parties. If you like the way things are then vote Democratic.
    I moved out of the City of Chicago and went to Northwest Indiana. It’s wonderful not having to deal with the crime and I enjoy lower taxes. My favorite restaurant is Gibson’s on Rush in Chicago. I really don’t patronize them anymore because I’ve had enough violence in my life. Driving on the Dan Ryan is like competing at the Indianapolis 500.
    My last point of view is we are evolving as a free society just exactly as we have many times before in our history. The Revolutionary War we wanted change from tyranny from England. The war of 1812 we had to prove ourselves to be a true country. We had to change after the Civil War to make all men free. The depression came and many starved. WWII and Korea changed all of that and we became stronger. The wild 60’s where the peace and love movement began. Those for the war and those against. Here we are again trying to redefine who we are. Will we make it this time around? We have had it so good for so long I still wonder if we will we survive this big mess we are in today?

The leftists and their media lapdogs (or overseers?) keep telling/warning us what Trump is going to do if he’s elected, but here’s the thing…..we’ve had 4 yrs of Trump and we know we had a stronger and safer world, low inflation, real wage increases, a stable economy, and a big mouth who knows what he’s talking about and is accused of being a racist and a bully via alleged “dog whistles”.

    We’ve had 3+ years of Biden and the progressive left we’ve had a world on fire, extreme inflation, decreased real wages, historic national and personal debt, and a looming commercial real estate crisis, and a dim-witted big mouth who blathers nonsense and is a bully and a racist based on observable facts (no dog whistles).
