  1. While I certainly respect Professor Lipsons opinions in a great podcast I can also tell you he is completely wrong about one thing. Houston. Houston has not seen the light and is itching to jump into the dark hole of Woke Justice like Chicago, New York, etc, etc. Democrat Sean Teare defeated Kim Ogg, the incumbent Democrat District Attorney in the primary. Teare is a Soros funded Democrat. He accepted over a half million dollars from Soros to oust Ogg. Ogg was what you would call a moderate law and order DA. She fell out of favor with her party when she indicted aides to a fast rising star in that party Lina Hidalgo over contract rigging related to Covid testing. If Houston elects this guy they will be VERY,VERY sorry. Thankfully Texas has a very strong Republican party which will mount a good fight
against Teare and a strong business community that will fight his winning the election. Unlike the Illinois Republicans Texas Republicans don’t rollover and play dead. In case anyone out there is wondering how Houston’s electorate votes for someone like Teare look up how many Democrat voters were imported into the city after Hurricane Katrina and figure it out. Theres still a lot of money in Houston and a vigorous business community with business sense that know what’s going to happen to their businesses if Teare wins. If not Greg Abbot and the Republicans will step in like they did in Austin a couple of years ago.

  2. John Kass offered Byron Donald of Florida as a VP possibility. He might not be able to run with Trump, as both are Florida residents and the 12th Amendment says an elector can’t vote for more than one candidate from one’s own state: “The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves….” (text). In a close race, Trump might not get Florida’s votes and that could decide it for the Democrats.

  3. Great conversation as always John. Thank you for turning me on to not only Charles Lipson, but also Dan Proft. Because Trump will be a lame duck president, he needs to make sure his VP is someone who can take over the reign and keep us on the correct path. My suggestion for VP would be (as presented by Dan Proft Counterculture EP. 17 Dec. 12, 2022) K.T. McFarland. Shes’ lived this whole mess before and I believe she could help us now. Thanks
